well first off, i don't think you can call it too short i mean its got the same number of tracks as illmatic which is easily a classic album, i don't think you need like 18-20 songs per album thats when you get all this filler id much rather have a shorter quality album and the reason they put...- MarkN

why do people "Gate" their drums?
classic example being just about every phil collins song he is the king of gated reverb ! lol sometimes it can also be used to give a more punchy feel, as added punch can come from the sample being cut short by the gate ! -
