Yeah, it's cool. Though I was disappointed with some of the beats, because they were just too easy. But he always gets the groove right, and the sound of his drums is just sick. -

oh, now he's playing the solomonic card. good market, i like that guy:P but there's so many angles and possible starting points to that discussion, it's practically pointless. i just thought, maybe in some years when notebooks become more powerful and plugins better in emulating a hardware... -

yeah, sucio your beat was the best produced of them all. 1st off only got my extra sympathies for the old school factor on the drums. i guess your half way through on beat this with a premo-esque sample chop or some early 90 sounding drums, cos most ill heads are really old farts^^ congrats 1st!- mono

Maschine Slicing
not automatically. but when you have the end marker on a zero crossing on pad 1 and copy it to pad 2, you can just move the start marker on pad 2 all the way to the right. that way your second sample starts with a zero crossing. as i said, not always necessary, but it can be useful. also, that... -
Arranging with Maschine
I was wondering how you guys arrange your beats with Maschine. I think it's obvious that when you want to automate master/group parameters such as volume, chorus effects and other stuff across scenes, you have to go to your DAW for that, and either route groups to DAW channels or export audio to... -
Maschine Slicing
i usually load it to pad 1, zone in on my first chop and then copy the pad with duplicate + pad to pad 2. that way my first sample's end is my next samples start. doesnt have to be that way, but sometimes it comes handy. -

yeah, it's definitely inspired by maschine sales, to say the least. but i like how this will push maschine development even more. seeing the 404 in your pic, man, i fell in love with the filters. the isolator is NUTTZ!!! -

went to musikmesse (german namm) yesterday and had the chance to work with this. it's a nice tool, draws you in quickly and gives you quick results. plus the software has a good sound / good stock sounds. the song mode is a bit weak though, no automation of master parameters like mute or volume...
