^^^^Well, like I said... Canada's rap scene is influenced by all types of music (way more than in the US) So, that's what's particular here... Like one MC can put on 1 album a crunk beat, a reggae/dancehall beat, a grimmy sample based east side beat and a lil Jazzy beat, and it works just... -
How strange is this?
HAppened to me once too... I sold a beat to a guy and, a couple of weeks after, he makes me listen to a track from Kurupt and it was the SAME sample flipped almost the same way... (but mine was better :) ) -
Decision to make
Finding samples shouldn't be what influences your decision, cuz finding samples is really easy. But a CD drive... now that's something else... Is your mind already set on buying an MPC (so you're asking only which one to choose) or are you asking if you should buy one or not...? -
producing how many years?
Been making beats for around 7 to 8 years... around 30min a day... but, some days, I can be on beats for 2 hours+ Been producing for around 2 years now... In a few, I'll have a complete studio! ***There is a difference between beatmaking and producing*** -
