Akai MPC 2kxl Saving problem..
Whaddup Illmuzik!! Jus' got out of the basement and i'm a bit frustrated... I just made a beat on the MP2kxl and i finished it. Then i saved it, at least i thought i did. I did save all sequences & songs and i did save programs but now when i go back to the zip disk i don't see... -

Yeah man it's fucked cus i'm finally understanding how to work with my MPC and fruity together .. i do my drums on the MPC and the rest in Fruity that's one hell of a combo G... :D but ah well.. better luck in a few weeks..or in the beat this cus im thinking bout entering.. Peace- Lazy Eyes

Fruity slicer,,,,explain,,lol
It's like recycle only easier to use and then u can transport ur sliced sample back in to a fruity slicer channel and the chops are spreak across the keys on the keyboard or pads of the MPC or MPD.. u get me? -
How do you guys connect your mixer ?
u can just connect your control room out to your computer ... and then u record the audio coming from the mixer in to your pc.. -

Heatmakers make beat in 3/4 time signature in a lot of their beats that's why the feel is different... it gives a different feel to the beat.. -

MPC MIDI to FL
Yo i want to let my mpc send midi signals to FL studio and be able to use it as a trigger finger.. cus i don't have my card reader yet.. Can i anyone help me with this.. i got the midi out of the MPC connected to the MIDI in of the PC. Now how do i setup FL to receive the data from the... -

at tricky spinz I think that's the way it's supposed to be.. no composing to ti.. maybe a lil bass but rather everything from the sample that's more creative.. other wise u just compose ur beat and add a thing or two from the sample.. i'll peep it when i get home- Lazy Eyes

Grafik: peeped it.. like the drumpattern although the drums itself seemed a bit soft to me.. and sometimes the chops werent real cleans.. they weren't allways on point .. it's a nice flip .. it's just a bit repetitive.. ok basically it works with % so if the original is 175 bpm.. and the new version needs to be... 90 bpm Then 175 is 100% 175 / 100 = 1.75 90/ 1.75 =51.4286 So u need to strethc that with 51.4286 %... u get me? basically this i s too much.. something betwween 0 - 10 is... -
