    is there something like the "FL SLICER" build in in "SONAR 5" ?

    I think Sonar comes with Cyclone,But it not really a slicer. It does work with acid file. You can use LiveSlice as a plugin.

    pro tools sync

    Talk like you're trying to use Rewire,But don't think your fantom can be use like that.Also Protools not best with midi. Would think it's best just to use fantom audio output to go in Protools.

    This is not really a good question since some vsti plugins use soundfonts too. Vsti is not just synths.They can be samplers,add effects. vst plugin like The Grand will sound better then any soundfont

    Fruity loops and the Delta 1010lt??

    To use asio drivers in F.L.Studio go to the option menu under audio and in the output box pick the asio driver that come with the audiocard. After you will find a ASIO prpperties box that you use to adjust asio settings

    You can made samples beats in any DAW .But it's best known for recording.Plus it's known for crashing alot.

    Is this considered sampling or is it composing?

    Composing is deciding what note you want.What note it is and it's velocity. Something that cannot be done just cutting and pasting someone elses melody. Now I find nothing wrong doing that.I fact it can be hard to do at times. But I feel it's like doing a remix.

    The demo song is in F.L.Studio 6. You can try loading a vocal track in Recycle 2.1.You may have to cut it yourself. Try 4 or 8 parts.I say use recycle 2.1 because you can load after in The Fruity Slicer.Load 3 Fruity Slicers with the same REX file. Keep one as is.The other 2 click on Dump...
