Mixing "to compression" and the insanity thereof...

Yeah, good post. It amazes me how many people who make their living off music know so little about it.

How does healthcare work in other countries? (Europe, Canada?)

Yeah, you're right mate. Our systems definitely do have some issues but providing free healthcare to anybody who needs it is not one them. Healthcare is an essential service, not something that should be done for profit IMO.

Why do you believe in religion?

Fair enough, though they were based on a pretty misguided ideology which amounts to pretty much the same thing. But yeah it's true not ALL wars are based on religion and some just use it as an excuse.

How does healthcare work in other countries? (Europe, Canada?)

Sucio - that argument makes no sense. You pay out the arse for your silly wars far more than healthcare will ever cost. Too many people means more people sharing the tax load.

Thanks for the feedback lads. Sucio - I don't know what to say this is really, fucking good. Sounds like you transposed the sample up a bit. Works really well.

How does healthcare work in other countries? (Europe, Canada?)

Yeah, in some rural areas in Australia it's not so good. Alot of small towns have no doctors at all and the doctors they do have are overworked. But in the city it never gets as bad as what you guys described. waits for some elective surgeries can be quite long, (1 year or more sometimes), but...

How does healthcare work in other countries? (Europe, Canada?)

This has been discussed before somewhere on Ill, I'm sure. In a nutshell: Public healthcare is completely free in Australia. You go to whatever doctor you wish, some doctors will charge more than is covered by Medicare so the difference would come out of your pocket. Likewise if you choose to...

Why do you believe in religion?

Testify. @Sygma - Religion IS the human interpretation of truth not the truth itself. Religion is man made. Whatever truth exists is beyond our conceptions of it.

Do the drums always have to "bang"?

Maybe if you only listen to 90's west coast gangsta rap or some such. As the man above noted; hip hop often doesn't have really heavy kicks. It's a matter of taste but I get sick of hearing "Boom boom boom" all the time.

Why do you believe in religion?

Sorry, I have to say something that some of you may not like. If you think that means you, feel free to skip this post. Forgive my bluntness but you are straight up wrong. The belief that "mine" is the only way is the main cause, (or excuse), of all the bullshit perpetrated in the name of...

Why do you believe in religion?

Amen-Ra was an invention of Akhenaten to consolidate power by identifying himself with the one God as God says. Horus was a Jesus figure also identified with the sun. Amen Ra was the sun. Off the top of my head I think Zoroastrianism was the first monotheistic religion.

Why do you believe in religion?

Wisdom from the Stressful One. Couldn't agree more. Too true, I believe the reason for so many different beliefs, (which do have a common thread running through them), is that they are human interpretations of the one truth, (whatever that is), filtered through their own personal and cultural...
