    the only way i would use it is for layin down my ideas. like i'm sittin in the park or smth and the idea hits me. i just get my mpc500 out of my pocket and make a sketch of a beat. and then i would transfer it to my 2000. this is the only reason it's worth buyin imho.

    I've heard from many people and I've read lots of mixing articles and they all say u must not mix with headphones, because it gives false, unrealistic image of your mix..

    the best advice i can give to yall is don't force yourself to make music..don't try to make say 5 beats every single day..spend that time listening to samples (if u sample) or just playing anything that pops in ya head (if u compose)..and u find that one hot sample u will immediately evoke your...
