    rule of thumb is... take your total square footage(not just on the ground, but from floor to celing as well, like the total area of your room... and 25% of this must be filled with treatment

    same problem... someone told me I need to update the software, but I don't really use pro tools, just to dump logic sessions into when i have an artist that needs the pro tools session and isnt capable of inporting the tracks themselves lol.

    hell yea, mac's are great... stable as fuck. I can run 5 instances of kore 2, 3-4 omnispheres(both in multitimbral mode), battery, kontakt and bunch of processors and never even have a glitch. What mac u usin?

    don't waste your money on an mbox... you will get much more for your money from a presonus or motu interface. The apogee duet is actually probably the best for the money, and 10x the quality of the mbox for the same price, if not less. Can't beat apogee converters, Avid's will never stack up.

I didn't post this in the pro tools section for a reason, and that is because most people here who don't use pro tools because of the expense of their products or the shoddy...
