    @Fade just noticed the sound difference with the beats played through the site as opposed to whats on youtube. Did you put the entries through a mastering strip? just curious.

    Great work guys, voted for @oninkaf on this one. His work just stood out from the others, Its probably because he didn't use a sound pack. Mix wise could have been better tho. @ArvinArmani's mix was more on point than anyone elses. @shocro could have used more mixing, if that beat was mixed...

    Welcome to Illmuzik @VCFan1001 First off, I would strongly advise for you to know your DAW inside and out before anything else. This is where most of your production will be done in. Everything else is cosmetic. that means either the MPC or Maschine would not make your beats sound any better...

    AKAI MPC 2500 Connection Question

    you can connect your studio monitors directly to the MPC's "Stereo Out" and your turntable into the mixer then your mixers output to the "Record In" So your setup is going to be Turntable > Mixer > MPC > Studio Monitors assuming you bought the mixer, let me know if I can help further.
