Serato Sample 2 is the best thing ever to come out regarding sampling, removing drums is a gamechanger, but the advice i would give is start by just finding nice 1-4 bar loops and chopping either 1/8 or 1/16 and stick with that. Thanks, i think youre talking about version 2, the samples are russian so im guessing the instrument is a Gusli, the bass is just part of the sample so not much can be done but ill probably look at adding more varied chops at some point -

yes there is some off parts with the guitar like half a step or something comapred to the piano which i think is detrimental and throws it off a little, otherwise solid and great mix, i cant envision vocals on it though being quite busy but im sure hearing it with vocals would change my mind -
