in my house, we have mad healthy food,,,lol,,the only problem is during the school year the kids have snacks in the cupboards.

trees + cheezits = not good

I'll be cuttin down on the trees soon so I can try and focus on working out. Believe it or not stretching everyday is a great excercise. I'm talking intense stretching and yoga. I been doing that shit. Waitin to get back over to Clev's crib and burn those P90x disks. Homie says they work for real/ I beleiev it, just caise it's on an infomercial dont mean it dont work.

I am also an advocate for steroids ONLY if done the right way. there are numerous steroids.Don't believe the hype too about dick shrinkage and "roid rage". lol. depending on what type of steroid you can have ball shrinkage and hairloss. When my doctors thought I had a testerone level problem, I handled it myself. I studied up on shit and started taking a synthetic tesetrone called trembelon aka finaplex. There are no side effects and it actually helped me get from a deep depression. I lost wait and felt great. Along wit some working out, it helped me a lot. Talk about strength! But like any drug you have to not abuse. Thats where the supposed roid rage starts,,,steroids are addicting to some.

At one time, I was 190 but sooo unhealthy...drugs, fatty foods, stress, drugs, overworked, drugs, whores, drus,,etc It's funny because I'm overweight but strong as a beast. Just eat right and exercise. (easier said then done)

PS:
just buy eating right alone I have lost 4 inches on my waist.

True, eating right alone will help a lot. I used to go to the gym daily but now that I'm working full time I don't have the energy to go LOL. So I bought some weights (real shit from the fitness depot warehouse, not sand filled crap) and I've been working out at home. Even just doing pushups and situps make a huge difference.

Here's what I recommend:

1. Walk. Even a light walk helps because your body is moving and using energy to do so, thus you burn calories.

2. Eat clean. You can go extreme or keep a decent middle ground. I've been struggling for years trying to avoid bad food and I'm pretty good at it, my vice is that I like snacks. As for meals I have no problem eating oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast every day. I rarely eat out so I stay away from greasy foods 99% of the time and eat at home (plus it saves money). Being fat AND broke is worse!

3. Exercise. Lift weights, any type of way to stress your muscles. You don't have to go super heavy and don't have to workout for 2 hours. Even 20 minutes is fine, as long as you do it consistently.

4. Be consistent! This is the most important part.

healthy food, walking/jogging, basic workouts, excessive use of marijuana (bud speeds up metabolism btw, and if you smoke a lot of weed, after a while the munchies go away a lot)

Some people get higher lung capacity from smoking weed (just weed, no cigs or anything). It does effect your heart, not in a significantly bad way though. And if your already stupid, don't smoke weed, if your a generally smart person, it pretty much won't do anything.

It works, but it's not a long term thing. I use it when I just start working out again. It's great for muscle recovery, so you don't get sore the next day after working out. If you do take it though, drink ALOT of water, cause it can mess with your kidneys. If you are trying to just build size, I would say Whey protein is the way to go. Drink that 3 times a day in between meals and you will be set.
Man, I need to start working out again. I had a good routine going, but my wife got surgery so I had to watch my kids alot more and never had time after that.

I was using that P90X thing you see on t.v. It's crazy hard at first, but it gives great results.

Did you actually get ripped in 90 days though? lol

and what you mean pull ups, do you have to buy a pull up bar and/or any extra equipment for the program?

I actually only made it to about 40 days before I had to stop working out to take care of my wife, but it was definitely working. As for extra equipment you do need a pull up bar, and you need dumbells. The first workout video is a shit load of push ups and pull ups in different ways. The hardest one to me was the legs, I was dieing the first time i did it. The ab ripper X was hard at first to, but you get used to it after a couple days. Overall it's an actual good product, the whole science behind it is you do different workouts to "confuse" your muscles so they grow faster. It can be done without the program, as long as you are changing it up.
