yeah man, I underestimated what pull ups can do for you. When I started I was only able to get about 4 to be honest, but after I got through it(starting out using a chair for leverage) I was doing sets of 15 like nothing... If I went to the max I could probably do about 25 or so until I burned out.

I am definitely going to start the program over again.

smoking wheed excessively will give you one thing for sure and thats man tits. marijuana is full of estrogenes. and you know what is too? beer. i have to find me some new hobbies lol, maybe i'll learn a lesson from you guys and start the new year with work out.

dont fuck around with steroids nobody. they make your muscles grow, but the veins do not adapt, as they would with regular training. once your muscles squash your veins youre risking a heart attack.
