You went meditative, didn't you? Like philosophical about time? Both productions sound PERFECT. Hi-hats sound like a clock, especially in 'Finding Time.' The fill is absolutely gorgeous, and I love the snare. A soundtrackish feel, as often you do, very pleasing. The drums are kicking while the music is floating. I'm not very expert in hip hop, but it sounds unusual, so congrats for being original and different. Not sure about my fav, probably 'Finding Time.' They seem to be two takes in the same direction, with a consistency, like a theme. If you are going to investigate this territory, it could be cool to go extremely into proggy intricate melodies and unusual chords and progressions, Dorian, Lydian, and maybe Phrygian mode when you want to be dramatic... Mike Oldfield could be an inspiration, and you could do an album or an EP...

A mention in "Got It In" for the kind of reggae styled guitar and, again, the drums.

I know, this is very similar to the edit made by Nightmares On Wax; after all, edits are all similar by definition. I wanted a version of 'Summer in the Night' that I could include in my sets, and the version by Nightmares On Wax cut out parts that I liked too much, so I made this version.

I'm working on a composed album that is a crossover between soundtrack music for sync licensing and the hip hop I love. It will be a mix of trap style for.some of it and boom bap for the rest. Just really want to push myself on the composition side of music making. I will need to have a refresher on modes as I havent read up on them for a while and have forgotten the finer details. But its worth while me doing so. At work right now and only have my phone, so will drop some feedback later when I get home and have proper monitors
