Actually Logic is no longer available or supported on PC. Since Apple bought Emagic and ripped the whole PC market apart, finding support for it is extremely hard. Best thing to do is to try and find a forum of Logic for PC users. There are a few out there that still use the program and can give you some tips. My questions for you would be, what sound card are you using and what kind of monitors are you using? These items play a big part of how your sound is. (or what you think it is) Also, look at what you're recording. Most DAWs give you what you put in. Trash in, trash out. If you record good quality sound that's what you'll get out. I would recommend getting the best sound you can before committing it to audio. Then you won't need to tweak as much once you're ready to mix. If you don't already have some, outboard gear, compressors, eq, pre amps etc can help beef up your sound going into your computer.
