well as much as I and some others might use that as an excuse, i actually dont feel that you have to commit all of ur time to it. u have to properly use the time u have. If u have all day and night to produce but u only average one track a week and u never get out the house... then ur just... -

why are u tyring to clear samples anyway? pretty much a waste of time unless u are releasing material under your own company and are moving good amount of scans.... otherwise let the label pay for the clearances.. -
gigs of drums
i got a lot of drum samples ... i dont how many in terms of gigs but u can never have enough ... but in truth what i did was i went through my entire library, picked the best hits i had, and consolidated them into one folder .. its basically a folder of about 500 or so hot ass drum hits... -
