Help with remixing.
Tap tempo from analogx.com is also hot, you can figure out the tempo of any song by tapping the space bar on your keyboard. Then go into Acid or Reason or whatever and make a beat that's the same tempo... -

Chop it into eight one bar samples, this will give you a better idea of the real tempo. There may be some sort of intro or break that's long, and that's throwing off the tempo. Chop it into smaller loops, or even chop it into individual hits and play it back yourself at any tempo... My two EZ -

You can assign the mute buttons on the mixer to an external midi controller. So if you have hats on 1, kiks on 2, bass on 3, loop em, then you can drop them in and out on the fly, live. -

Used them all at one point or another, got the 1K and the 60 now, really enjoying the 1k. The portability factor is great, hoping to play live with it in the next couple of months.... -

KORG microKONTROL Problems
This is an old post, not sure if you fixed it yet. If the keys are sending but the pads aren't it's gotta be the korg. Look for settings in the Korg Manual, there should be some global settings that you can adjust. EZ Dahkter
