iirc basically the 2000xl is designed to be more stand alone but the 1000 is better if you want to integrate with a software sequencer ! -
How can i get rid of air gasps in vocal takes?
professionals will often use a noise gate, but make sure you set it right otherwise the vocal will have a pumping sound too it ! it mite be easier to go throught the vocal in a wav editor and remove what you don't want ! -

yea i definately as i woz reading thru i thought wot they added is exactly what id ask for, the mastering suite is definately a welcome edition imo i think being able to master a bit better in reason will make a lot of difference to my tracks ! and anything else is a bonus ! -
