I dont get it, fix the sound, regardless of the owner or the band complaining. They'll mostly bitch that they cant hear themselves because the stage is to small so they're easily out of position. ^^^ yeah, focus on one thing first..imo you're not exploiting mastering there at all. Best to be honest about it but opt it to customers if they want a bit of Limiter action on their mixes and dont call it mastering. Im also curious about the whole gearlist you intend on running that studio.- Formant024

^^^ The mpc as a sampler never had a place out there, its a great sequencer with a budget sampler. Like you said, thats why producers still use the 2kxl, not for sampler per se but sequencing more over. The mpc60 was a great sampler at the time, mpc3k even better, mpc2k/xl for the masses lol...- Formant024

Two midi outs on the setup isnt needed anyway and if it were, you can simply chain them with the mpk on the input of the mpc or straight up via usb...whatever...but connecting an...- Formant024

mpk means no sampling from the mp so keep the mpc and add a nice midi keyboard, theres nothing additional on the mpk so keep the pennies. If you didnt have the mpc id say get the mpk unless you are planning on sampling with hardware.- Formant024

Its really a fake lol the tube doesnt light up, but the leds behind it do and it even fakes ramp up of the tube. Save up for a few more, even 99 bucks on a cheap solution is 99 bucks wasted on getting something usefull. Best bang for the buck would be the FMR, if you want tube try the vtb ( the mic2200 is a fake btw but who cares at 99 bucks lol)- Formant024

Logic has ...aggregated device option... Merge both 002 and motu as one driver, but do check latency from your i/o since those will always differ (analogue vs digital) and which clock is better. Thoughts on pirated software?
I spend a fortune already and purchased what i needed, mostly using warez to prevent spending money on crap as im not filty rich. To me it makes common sense and overhere its not even illegal but if you're making it your profession than you have no choice, its simply an investment.- Formant024
