There are many differnt types of beating making like shadeed eluded to. I can tell you personally that learning how to play an instrament, and creating beats are 2 totally seprate processes with minimual over lap. Thats why i kina cringe when i see all these "i wanna learn the piano...- classic

Im telling you guys, there is no way around it, the best way to get proficent on the piano is to bite the bullet and get a teacher, its EXTREMELY hard to teach yourself piano, espically if you have no musical experince.....
