???????? When you say I will lose sound what in the hell does that mean? Do you mean sound quality????? If your just talking about the number of tracks I would get version 6.1 which has 32 tracks of audio .....thats all I need ...I really don't even need that ..... all I need is 24 ...- MadScientist

All I would need the MBOX for, is to track up ONE instrument at a time so I could bring the beat multitracked to a professional studio in a ProTools session ...... so I don't have to spend $75/hour ...... yes it was copyrighted ....It doesn't do any good because they alter the beat to where you can't really prove they stole it ... like the example http://buzzbang.redcarp.com/orajin_proof.mp3 .......it definitly sounds like they stole it....... but you have to slow it down and tweak it to make...- MadScientist

Hip Hop will need to evolve with the times because if it doesn't it will fall apart. The neptunes stole some of my shit before too .... I just chalked it up as a loss .... I even had Snoop and the Eastsidaz steal a song before ..... thats just the way the industry work ...because they alter it just enough where you won't win if you sue them .... The best thing to do is buy a cheap protools set up like a MBOX on Ebay for $399 .... if you have a MIDI interface then your good .. but if not then you need to buy one ( $40-$400). after that you can track up each individual sound for your beat and also track vocals.
