    honestly, save up for a 100 bucks and get the akg K240, anything cheaper isnt really worth spending 60 bucks on anyway..might aswell spend 20 bucks instead. And at least the akg is truly studio grade and i couldnt say that for the most under a 100 bucks. Might be good enoug for dj'ing though...

    You may think Sony brought this on but Hitachi is bigger than toshiba+sony. Imo, its a means for Sony and Toshiba to stop outsourcing on the semiconductor industry and have Hitachi provide just that facility. Hitachi will benefit from Sony's a/v marketing to expand their catalog.

    also, i didnt think he used mute groups on the mpc at all, its not how its behaving monophonicaly but maschine chopshops to zero-crossing and the mp doesnt.

    chopshop vs no chopshop, its not in the sound, or at least it shouldnt be (else thats your mistake lol). Its how you trimmed the samples. Also, the test is a little bogus...you shouldve used the exact same samples cut in the same way as much as possible.
