i can't be sure im not the boss or a moderator BUT......... im guessing the reason he locked them is because basically they are about rap 'beef' sumthing which numerous moderators etc have already pointed out is not really welcomed on these forums, these are production forums and they are keen...- MarkN

What label would you wanna be signed to?
id rather sign to a big parent company and set up my own lable from there kinda like dre did he got signed to interscope and set up aftermath, and know even hos artists have got there own labels, shady, g-unit etc ! -

I duno i tend to focus a lot on the drums in tracks mainly coz i realised how crap mine were and worked really hard to try and fix them now so i guess i listen out for them quite a lot, its hard for me to write down what i like to hear from drums but i can tell you by listening wot i like and... -

yea it can sound really good but if you force it and put ito n too heavy it just sounds like the song is really crap quality ! dre has a perfect technique in having his production completely crisp and yet it still sounds grimey ! -

yea agreed just another gripe of mine is the sound of the drums even if they aren't robotic i hear too many tracks that i feel are let down by some really bad drum sounds ! -

hmm i think you may be slightly confused i can have a track with the hi hat the same vlocity all the way through but it won't sound robotic ! i can't really explain, what it is i've just got like a sound iamge in my head where i know i want all my drums to be i know exactly how i want them to... -

Producing Advice
just switching to reason isnt gona make ur beats sound less robotic, i think reason encourages a more robotic sound if anything you just have to learn how to get round that ! its very dance orientated so you do have to work a bit harder to make hip hop in it but it can be done ! -
