    i got the M-Audio Fast Track Pro joint, its pretty tight - sound and feature wise. but beware of the build quality, it aint too good on mine so i would imagine it aint brill with the Firewire.

    i dont have the VGA, but u cant use it to its full potential without it (sample editing etc), and its alot more time consuming. ima cop the VGA asap. the pads are good, i have never had an MPC so cant compare. i think they are all seperate tho, not a sheet. but like all pads they need wearing...
