Idk, I wouldassume theirrecordings are at least as good as surveillance video... And I've seen websites that list 911 operators as officers. i'll do more research into this.- drex

I,m sorry I always thought that a 911 operator was an officer of the law. And in the cases where operators are not sworn officers they represent the police.
