I hope this is NOT true. I worked at Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant for 3 years. As a requirement, we had to be extensively trained and certified in working in a radioactive environment. I've personally seen Nuclear Power Rods being loaded in a Nuclear Power Plant. I've seen the purple glow of the fusion caused while uranium is spent (burned). It's no joke, I know the specs on the containment building that houses the nuclear reactor...it can withstand a hit from a 747 jet at full speed...That said, it's obvious that Nuclear Power and uranium are serious matters.
