HELP: Tracking out
I record all the tracks 1 by one internal on the mpc, you wont have that problem. I record melody and drums seperated and then save it on the cf card in the pc and export it to audition. Might work for you (you do need a large amount of ram). -
using signatures on your beats
i think he means voice tags because he talks about some use them and some here overuse them. The guys who over use them use as theft protection, so if some1 would rip the beat he needs to rap over the voicetags so you will always know he jacked it and you are the real man who produced it. -
really annoying thing is happening in audition
why not instead of one loop, make like 20 all after each other, and just loop the total song then fuck it one in the 20 comes a little gap thats better than between each loop. hehe -

yeah thats a good trick. What is cool 2 is having 2 tracks for the chorus 1 from the left and 1 from the right and the verses centered with 2 backup tracks coming form the left and the right. Sound cool on a song.- Symphonic

Any advice on speakers!!???
ok, i don't have monitors so i can't realy hear the diffrence i think i'm used to hifi speakers and headphones so monitors will all sound good at the begining. i'm mixing with headphones and that sucks on the low freq. -

Yeah, defenetly the mk2, the mk5's extra's ain't that special at all for what you pay extra MK2 is still one of the most used turntables by dj's even by turntablists. Why not mk2 and mpc 1000? The os 3 is defenetly a plus if you are used to reason like grid edit. -

That's simple, i usually make my beats around 90bpm, pick a sample much slower than 90, pitch it up for 8 percent on the sl, or even set it to 45rpm (if the sample is 33 1/3rpm) and pitch it down 8 percent. Than on the mpc trim the loop, pitch it up or down so you like the tone and the bpm of... -

I just hooked up a finalscratch alike system, just played a couple hiphop acapella's heard some sentences i liked and putted a hook togheter including the mixing and stuff, it matches the track recorded earlier pretty close. But it depends on what you like, i don't have a problem with hearing... -
