you can also change the pitch, tempo of the sample to stretch it to 4 or cut it to 2 bars, it will change the sound of it a bit but it could sound tight, you just gotta play till you get something nice!

i have two pc's as well. i dont really use them in any combined method but i do find it nice to have the option and the space. esp since one is a laptop and one is a desktop it just makes it nice..
