    You can do different types of timestretch in FL Studio. Also, you can drag the slices out of the slicer and into a sampler channel.This way you can tweak it however you want. The manual is your friend....

    I alter shit all the time. When I first started out all I had was FL and I didn't know how or where to get new sounds. So I used to tweak the shit out of the sounds that came with FL 2.7. They weren't high qaulity but the music I made back then was definitly original and it had my own sound.
