    I remember the old old school when nothing after 1983 could be admitted into the pantheon. Run D.M.C. with 'Sucker M.C.s' were considered the beginning of the new school. At least according to some ancient early 90s Source mag I once had. Not too many who'd call Run D.M.C. that now.
