duno really im not sure where i am on grade level i woz guna start at 1 obviously but if i find that its too easy i mite start a little higher ! yea its not that i need them but like you said its a good thing to work towards and i tend to work better if im working towards something ! -

lol id forgotten you were posting these up every week ive actually printed all the the lessons of that site and ive been going thru them they have definately helped a lot, im guna start doing sum grades on the piano to build up my knowledge as well but this has helped a lot ! -

MPC 2000XL(the older one) or MPC1000(new one)
i had a 1000 and now ive got a 2000xl and im happier with that, with that said when i had the 100 it was brand new now theres new OS's out for it that give it a lot more featurees, the effects i found were pretty crap and i just used software effects that i already had ! -
legal question - donations
it's still illegal because of your use of copyrighted samples, vocals etc but like people have already said the people that would care about this fact are unlikely to hear it unless it gets really big ! of course the other problem is 90% of people will just download it and not donate lol -

thanks for your help i think i'll get the exams done in the summer now they seem to be a good qualification to have ! iwozn't sure about doing post but it makes sense really and gives u more work opportunites in the long run i spose !- MarkN

kewl that the digidesign book yea ? and also from what i can work out you have to take all the certificates so you have to do like the basic cert tests and pass those before doing the operator or expert certs you can just skip to the last exam ?- MarkN

yea agreed i like both but i mean tim especially recently has been making crazy beats, and as good as scott is hes not really as creative as tim is ... ex member of n-sync or not the production on that album is quality -

the place looks unbelievable from what ive seen, i was considering going even tho im in the UK, as it looks pretty much the best place u can go.... unfortunately the fact it costs so so so much and that being from the uk i wouldnt be eligiable for any help paying my fees etc meant i couldnt go...- MarkN

thats a classic mistake to make ! its very easy to get a mix sounding pretty good at a loud volume through a real nice set of speakers in good studio but making a mix that will translate to everything ! as for producing rock music its a totally different thing, infact a rock producer is... -
How to get clearance to use acapellas
you won't be able to sell them on itunes without having cleared them, tbh its very unlikely any of them will clear you to use their accapellas basically you would have to find the copyright holder, and would involve paying royalties on every cd you sold and possibly an up front fee aswell ! tbh...
