the Nahright blog said it best...ice-t looks like a mad old head and soulja boy looks like an insolent little kid.
the thing is, soulja boy isnt even relevant any more. if anything he has to lay low a few more months to let his hype cool down to even try to go up against his old singles...
AHHH i've worked with those guys! i have a track with bluff---
cool peoples, cold ass rappers. its good to see them get recognition.
check out their mixtapes---fire as well.
fuck a week...you could spend a year just on the triton. first of all, figure out which of the three workstations (computer, mpc, triton) you're gonna use as the main brain. second of all, you can still sample with all those options. third of all, choose between the pc or the mac, and return...
fuck that promoter. shows are always hectic but theres something about them that makes you want to come back for more...just like women and crack.
go into the show assuming shit will go wrong but that you're gonna rock it anyway. aim low and high at the same time...congrats though.
im kind of in the mood to get some new music....
does anbody have any suggestions?
some artists i like are:
murs, pharoahe monch, dilla, madlib, lupe, k-os, mos def, zion i, etc---anything funky, grimey, and honest.
