yo wut are those drum sample cds u can buy. it might say 500 kanye or dr. dre drum samples,( u know wut im talkin bout)...can sum 1 explain wut they are and how ta use them.....thanx. (If that makes any since to u.....) LOL.

most claim to be from some artist, some are real maybe and some are fake

you play the cd and sample the sounds, unless u have a MPC4 4000 or 2500 u could put it right into the machine

like bangin drums
they make thier sounds for, all the mpc series, asr, and even in wav formats for you software heads

#8 Are sample CDs any good?
Yes. Some people don't think so, and will tell you to always sample from vinyl, but that's not necessary. You might not have a turntable, or you just might want to get a "clean" sound when sampling. Some sample CDs even have samples that have been "dirtied" up, making it sound like it was lifted from a record. There's a ton of sample CDs out there, it all depends on what you're looking for. But most of them have loops and then they break the loops down into individual sections, making it easier for you to sample.
