there are so many good products now- the proteus mo phatt, planet earth and virtuoso are all available as Software modules for $50 BUCKS apiece! roland has issued major software uprades to all of its major products, the motif es is out, Kontakt 2, plus, every synth and workstations new daddy....

this thing looks truly mostrous, and even if it maintains the somewhat cheesy sound characteristics, (their ep sound sounds pretty lame to me on the demo) this thing has already changed the landscape of the workstation concept.
also, alesis released a similar product.
there are so many major things being released, a 16 input emu card, several effects boards, TONS of stuff...
