What do you have to offer and what would be the split and along with the production team what will the name be and will the producer get production credit with his name and / or the production companies name how would it work far as managment and what kind of contacts would producers have and how much of the profit producer make that would have to go back into the production company??

i would do it look this.. build a team of producer.. sort of like Puff... Hitmen...
i need people who know there music is ready for the masses.... i would prefer right now.. people that are in New York or Cali... ATL 2.. reason being the majors are here... in two weeks or so my publishing company.. will be up..

if u produce it it yours... the way i see it the more producer the more production..
more versatility.. 5% goes back into the company.. will be working with change.. so if u selll a beat for 25,000.... 2,500 goes back to the company
then from there every six months we break it down... between us..

if there are 4 of us 100,000 by 4 is 25,000 every six months. not including
the rest of the money your keeping from the beats u sold...

as far as contacts i have a team of promoters, carefree luxury rental company.. that charters G4 to elektra.. i need a girl 2 video was shot using one of the mansions.. the lawyer has 20 other lawyers working for him.. own the 6 and 7 floor in front of montys in the grove in miami.... there now combining doing a management team.. i'm one person involved in this..
cuz of the connects now i'm doing a production companies so ince we get to the top we stay there.......

puffy, not to put the bro down, takes kids from the hood, pays them $90,000+ and throws mercs and girls at them, and makes $5 Million out of their tunes... theres a saying in the production world "you wanna do a puffy on me huhn?" so..dont be going down the puffy route or you'd need an entourage of 50 bodyguards too. i wouldnt wanna be a part of such a company.
it sounds kewl, ive been thinking of stuff like that as well, especially as its a great way for minds to mix and come out with great stuff, im in london BUT distance is just a number, so its not so much of a big obstacle for me. i was in atl meeting some guy for similar stuff, im just waiting for him to come through.

I know alot of engineers that work with HIM.. and as far as work ethic.. he's crazy.. he really "can't stop" he'll outworks everybody there.. muthafuckas

dis the music not the man.... after all he was a major reason for BIG success

this detox. I would be interested in colaborating on some music with or for your production company. I dont have I sight that I can refer you to to listen to my shit, but I am sure there is other ways. I be hangin out in Los Angeles, with the underground scene mainly. My work has more of an underground vibe to it than the comercial stuff you hear on the radio. Thats the influence I have had up in this rap game.
