The industry is ALL about relationships. You gotta shake a lotta hands and show your good side always. If any of you guys feel that you SERIOUSLY are on the verge of getting in the door, you should seriously look into getting a good promo kit together, and maybe holla at a publicist--those two factors will make the average fan/listener believe that you are larger than you actually are because you increase your exposure... Remembering names is SUCH a valuable skill, if you spent one LESS hour producing and one MORE hour meeting and greeting, then you would sell TWICE as many beats. Some of y'all have real talent, but NNXT, Big D, GOD, and many others on this site will tell you that talent is only part of the equation. Spending 18 hours in the basement making beats won't get you heard, real talk.
