Whats this Sample "A Better Day" by Ill Biskits

whats the sample :/ been trying to find it for agessss! it was also sampled on QD3's produced track from Gang Related movie by 2Pac, called "Free em all" whose beat was re-used (loosely) on 2pac's posthumous release R U still Down, track "Hellrazor"... can someone identify it?

I hear parts of three different songs and possibly a 4th in this...the beat and that faint "yeah" at the beginning is "Long Red" by Mountain. The echoing whistle type sound that comes in at :21 is from "Only You Can Make Me Happy" by Surface. And I'm 95% sure that some parts of the piano is from one of Luther Vandross joints,(I can't remember which one), and other parts are either played or from another song that I don't know.

I guessing 2Pac really liked this joint because he also used Quincys "Free Em All" on "Hellrazor"...lol

I also thought that at first...but I swear I heard a little 3 or 4 note piano riff in there from one of Luthers old joints but I could be wrong?! It's a dope beat though, whoever put it together did a damn good job on it, everything fits together nicely.
