What's the effect on this sample ?

u know how the melody(?) thing from sec 0:00 to the end of the song doesn't sound normal, i think it's a sample, but it doesn't sound like all samples, it's kinda like there's an effect like phaser on it. how can i make that ? i need that for my beat right now tbh i play with phaser too but it just doesn't sound like what i want.

Play around with a phaser as long as you have to, set a low frequency and 8 or so stages.
