Whatcha Listening to? Thats not Hiphop...

What have you guys been listening to, maybe for inspiration, other than hiphop/rap? Could be new, could be old... Just whatever...

I been listening to some of the new Gary Clark Jr. album... There are some good songs on the album that span a few genres. Here's one of the more "rockin" songs:


I've also be listening to this band called Royal Blood. The video for this song is pretty cool, so if you don't enjoy the music, you should enjoy this crazy video:

About 7 or 8 years ago, I stopped producing... hip hop was transforming into something I really didn't like, so I reverted back to my roots. I'm haitian, so I started listening to konpa music... which is a partner dance music (you dance konpa with a girl...), which led me to get into partner dancing.

I listen to kompa (Haiti), zouk (Martinique, Guadeloupe and some African countries), salsa, cha cha, kizomba (from Angola) and House... Here is an example for each...
