Get something from One Stop Beats ( http://www.onestopbeats.com/catalog1.html ). There $10 each. My friend got one of the the PJ's disks and it was hot. Plus its a lot cheaper then those $50 or $100 kits.

yea i just got this hot cd off ebay for 15 dollars that got everthing on from drums/synths/ orcha/ and so on. ill say this about 65-75 of the sounds are usable right off the back and the rest just need some tweaking and maybe layering. alot would say sample and im gona say this cause im a keyboard/sampler. Samples are good and funn when your looking for something to make a beat but i hate to try find drum sounds so when i buy sample cds im really buying them for the drums everything else i may or may not use but this cd off ebay got good so i may not need any more sounds for a while but with this much sounds ill will need to use my mpc editor so ican quickly make kits.

layering is when you take a not so hard hitting sound and combine it with a better sounding one. like when you have a kick that has color but dont hit hard and you might combine with a kick that is deep but dont have alot of color to it...if you have a mpc its where you can tell the mpc that when you hit the pad to trigger one sound you can tell it to trigger another. up to 2 sounds can be trigger from one padd.

i wont do it. i have some of those sounds and im gona go as far as tos ay i have spent up to 3 hundred dollars on sounds from bangin beats to sound for samplers to mpc sounds...and i got more and better sound from cd i got off ebay for 15 dollars then i ever did from then three other guys...its up to you.

I bought two sets because of the hype thats on the site, the claims and all a that but I was severely disappointed by what i got from the kick were flat - the snares were mad annoying - and somebody tell why in gods name i would a pay $10 for a kit and you give me effects - i got four a man typing keyboard, a fax machine, two phone rings <- i can get this off the web,
but the best ma man is ebay - i get all my joints from there - to spend $10 is worth the risk to find some great sounds and you will than say $200 or $300, just make it a ritual to search ebay occasionally like every couple days to see whats new and you'll find some great deals.

yea yea thats whats really good. I cant tell yall what and who i got my sounds from off ebay but i know i got a shyt load of sounds and just like old boy said i check ebay out everyday....the trick is this...if learn to tweak sounds and start to like it then the sounds off ebay are gona come in handy cause you get so much there is now way you cant find hot sound or two drums to combine to make a bangin kick.
