yeah i know a dude who produced a good amount of tracks for pac and a few nas trax too... pacs pre-death row stuff.. trust me he has produced some str8 CLASSICS.... dude stopped producin trax for awhile after pac died... and 2 of his other homies died all within the same few years... he works at UPS now. ...... he lives out in chicago.. i talk to him bout once a month..................... i got a feeling that he aint broke though

Alot of them get industry jobs. When you're signed to a label, you get to know the a&r's as well as executives and if you're smart you get to know them and build relationships with them. People in the industry move around alot and their titles and duties change as well. These are the people you need to contact when your career is over. Alot of former emcees become producers and writers for other artists.
