See back when midi came out instead of making it simple there were these fucking TOMES you had to read in order to hook one machine up to another so I just became intimidated and shied away from it and stuck to hardware for music production.Midi is quite simple, what do you need help with

Now of course its all about vsts and I have quite a few good ones, but when it comes to recording and editing them in PT , like Dreampolice said it ends up being annoying. I have whole completed songs just change timing and placement for no reason that I understand so , again, sticking to hardware.
I really want to get to playing them at some point though.
