is to be able to have session and arrangement views be open on two different windows. using ableton with two monitors would be great.

didnt even make it into seven. what a shame. drum rack looks dope and pretty much fits perfectly with how i use ableton. dont know though just doesnt seem like enough to upgrade.

I had to bounce from Live after my frustration with limited editing functions.....At first I didnt need them and the program was perfect for my needs but once I started to do comps and a detailed editing it just became too much of a hassle. Plus the transport in annoying to me. Im a key command guy and Live only lets you get so crafty with the assignable key commands.

If i had to make a small list it would go something like:

Better metering
Advanced editing features
More bouncing configurations, including MP3, AAC, & conversion to mono.

Again I have to stress, screen real estate is a big deal. I just got a new lcd (apposed to using a crt from a thrift store) as my second monitor. I would seriously rather use ableton for its customization and functionality but without my other 18x18 I might as well use reason too.....

that being said i wish i had a monome............
