basically the main things to look out for are don't train to heavy coz it will tire you out for days and you won't do you fight training as effectively !
and i'd stick to two days, i've been doing 3 days for the past year now but im doing too much martial arts these days and im guna take it down to 2 days !
just don't get sucked in to doing big lifts and chasing figures like trying to get a good bench press or woteva because when you fight that kind or stuff is a waste of time !
