How do I record vocal's in Fruity Loops to one of my beats?

You cant.

Export your beat, and record vocals in a multitrack sequencer like Cool Edit Pro, Cubase and such...

or record ur vocals and load them in fruity....sound forge and acid are good for recording

You can record vocals into FL you need to have asio drivers. Do a search I wrote a tutorial on it before.
