Why would you want those Ugly Sounding Robot Vocal Tags ANyways ? Just Hollar Some Bullshit into the mic And Change your Voice up if u dont liek the way you sound , its Better then Having Some Wack R2D2 Robot man Making your beat Sound SO UNAttractive to The ear I thinks .

If you have windows xp it is built into it.

Start \ Control Panel \ Speech.

Just use a program to record it, like acid or CEP ( cool edit pro)

Camp is right, just holla some shit over your beats. Me, I took the phrase, "this aint the show, im just EQing it " by Jigga and cut it up. Now you hear Jigga holla out.....EQ. It aint hard. Take a phrase from anything that fit you and run with it. Peace. :shoot:
