Yeah I thought of that too. But since in 2017 it was declared a cold case, I'm assuming that someone came forward recently which lead to the arrests. It's too bad we never got solid arrests on other murders like Pac, Biggie, Big L, etc.

Sadly Big L wasnt even the real target of the hit....they wanted his brother Lee...

Yeah that was messed up. I just checked again and saw the guy they arrested a few years ago was then let go.

In this scene its hard to find any reliable witnesses. The one half is scared to death it might happen to them and the other half just doesnt want to "snitch".

I @Fo.Rillaz always thought the "no snitching" culture was/is one of many things that made/makes Hip Hop "ignorant." I get that those in the criminal life don't tell on others per a certain but ignorant if you think about it, code of the street that makes no sense until, when and if, one comes to their senses via prison time.
