Does sound like him, but who knows how old the video is, its very grainy and hard to see. Could just be a great impression.

Was never a big fan of Tupac, but that would be fucking dope. Somebody has to do it, next thing Biggie and Pac will be back tearing up and hip hop will get back to not killing each other over words, thats the point it all went wrong.
