Thats how I do it with pro tools, just assign each track in reason to the hardware mixer, then rewire the seperated outputs into protools on seperate tracks. If Propellerhead (REASON) doesn't add being able to export tracks separately on Reason 5 I will not upgrade my shit again and I'm done with Reason. Exporting tracks in Ableton live 7 is how it should be on all music software!!! Select export "all" tracks in ableton live and every tracks is exported "separately".
Another way to export your tracks faster in Reason would be to rewire it to another DAW i.e Ableton live and assign each track in Reason to a channel within Ableton (or any other DAW that allows rewiring). Record all your tracks in Reason in that DAW (in my case ableton) and if your DAW exports "all" tracks like Ableton you'll get it done much much faster!
I have a program that works well in reason 4 and 3 xp and vista that will track each mixer ch if you want this program just let me know or email me at adafaanu@hotmail.com I could send it to you or upload it to my esnips account for download let me know fam PEACE!!!!!

Do you work for Ableton or something?
ah ha ha ha ha....I wish. I got asked the same question when all I used was Reason and I knew that shit "inside and out".
You guys can always Rewire to Ableton and then individually route each instrument in your Reason rack to the hardware interface and then just Assign each channel to its own inside Live. Then u just arm each track and press record. After your done recording you'll have all the parts in sync with one another in standard wav format inside Live.
I used to do this quite a bit when i used Reason and Live first starting out. Makes it real stream lined to track out parts.
