Today ought to be a good day

Tonight i am going to check out a show of KRS-One (finally he got around to visit the Netherlands, i believe he did once but that was wayback) and the support act is Phi Life Cypher.
KRS has been one of the few artists on my list I havent seen live yet. I hope that shit will be banging as fuck and he brings out the classic tracks cos i am going to wild out on all those memories listening to krs and skipping school hahaha. Listening to a way other teacher.

Who has seen KRS live already and what y'all think about him?
To me he is one of the people who is incorporated into the body of hiphop as the heart of it. Although his recent records werent that spectacular his old shit is still gold to me!

I'd love to see KRS-One live....and Phi Life Cypher too, they're really talented emcees in my opinon who actually sort of remind me of KRS in a way - and they're straight out of Luton, lol.

I saw him back in '95 then again around '98, both were very good shows. One thing about him is that he really commands the stage (is that a surprise?). Both times I saw him, he was just going through his hits one after the other, it was great. In '95 he had Supernatural with him, which made the show even better. But seeing KRS do all those hits, you realize that you forget how much he's done over all these years!
