Good debate but definitely boring...I don't like to get into politics very much, but I honestly think that they both would make a good president. I'm still undecided about who I will vote for even though I have followed this a little bit here and there. One thing that makes it frustrating is that its difficult to know what to believe when it comes to politics...so much BS in the media.

I definitely think America should have a black president though, its not right that there hasn't been one yet. But on the other hand, I don't think its right to vote for someone based on their nationality. You feel me? And just because McCaine is a little older and stiff as hell, doesn't mean he shouldn't be president either.

Wouldn't you want a president a little healthy?

Shit, Palin can be a stroke away from becoming president of this country....

If that happens.....she'd make Bush look like George Washington....guaranteed.....

Talk about inexperience....That's like taking a chick from the PTA meeting and swearing her in as president....

And she's kind of an idiot to boot....



Not that McCain won't lead our country.......I'm sure he could...but I'd feel a tad more comfortable with Obama holding it down...

But I'm still cool with Eric B. for president..

ya, its starting to stress me out, especially the way McCain is Carl Roving Obama by spreading dangerous untruths about Obama, I dont think I have ever seen a time when I have seen BLATANT disinformation, Misinformation and straight up lying(which is all the same) in a campaign. Its tearing the country apart. Even his own party is cringing. Even CARL ROVE IS CRINGING!
If you believe all the commercials especially at state level that are comming out , we should burn the place to the ground and start over!

I say let the stock market crash and lets start over. I'm broke so this shit isn't directly affecting me. My doe goes to my kids for child support not to a 401k. I had a guy from Edward Jones come to my house and tried to get me to invest in stocks and shit...I look at things this way...I'd like to be sucure for the future but in this day and time nothings promised so I 'll just take it one day at a time and make the best of that.

Heres my prediction.....
It doesnt matter who wins, the status quo will remain the same.
All promises made before the election will be forgotten once the election is won.

I have recently watched the same thing here in the UK with the London mayor making all sorts of promises to get voted in, yet once hes in, everyone has forgotten all the promisies that got him voted in in the first place.

Well, to some extent thats true, but I think that Obama really IS goingto try and make a change for the better, at minimum we are gonna goain some of our face back with the world imo.
But essentially I think you may be right, no matter who is at the top, people hate you and stop you from doing all you can.

I watched the debate last night....another win for Obama.
don't believe the polls though...I still don't think they're accurate. They don't take into account all the people who say they would vote regrdless of race, but once they're alone in the voter booth, they won't be able to bring themselves to vote for a man who is 1/2 black. And if thepolls are accurate, they'll find another way to steal the election. Unless they want Obama to have to deal w/ this economic crisis, and somehow blame him for what's sure to come.
